Fees
Happyness Homes does not charge tenants any letting fees.
We aim to keep our tenant process clear, transparent, and compliant with applicable rules in England. Any payments that may be required from a tenant will be clearly explained in advance and will only be requested where permitted by law.
Permitted payments may include, where applicable:
- Rent
- Tenancy deposit
- Holding deposit
- Payments for utilities, council tax, communication services, or TV licence where applicable
- Payments for loss of keys or security devices
- Payments for changes to a tenancy requested by the tenant
- Payments arising from early termination requested by the tenant
- Default fees where permitted under the tenancy agreement and applicable law
No hidden letting fees or administration fees are charged to tenants.
